Gabe and his staff @ Acura of Maui does well taking care of their customers. While they didn’t have a loaner available, they were able to get me to my appointment in time and picked me up. I’ve been doing business with Acura for a few years now and appreciate the flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond.

Joe & Ty at Acura of Maui made my buying experience that fastest and easiest ive ever experienced in 30+ years of buying cars. I bought a used 2021 Tesla model Y with 62,000 miles on it, I opted for a gap protection instead of an extended warranty, I only got to enjoy the car for a week when the computer died. Acura of Maui was not obligated to help me because I bought the car “As Is” but the Integrity they showed me was 5 Stars, they provided me with a brand new Acura Loaner Car and helped me by paying for 1/2 of the repair. They didn’t have to do that. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I will be buying a car from them again in the future.

My experience with Acura of Maui has only been positive from window shopping to maintenance. Ty sat me in the in vehicle I wanted and I drove it off the floor. Ken Johnson has kept my buggy in tip-top shape, Gabe is always there to check me in and out (he even stayed late while I got stuck coming from Southside despite his family emergency) and Robert always shares a fist bump and a good story. I bought my first Acura because it was a bad ass car; I'll buy second Acura because the service, advocacy and customer care has only been choice.
