5 Stars - I had an excellent experience with Acura Maui, and I am especially grateful for Gabe’s outstanding service. I needed a difficult-to-find part for the final AC repair on my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE, and Gabe truly went above and beyond to help me. He coordinated with an employee who was on vacation on the mainland and was able to locate the part in California. Once Gabe confirmed the part was in hand and knew when his coworker would be returning, he immediately got me on the schedule for the repair. Gabe was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He followed up exactly as promised, whether he had an update or was still working on finding the part. That kind of reliability and follow-through is deeply appreciated. This experience turned what had been a stressful and frustrating repair into something that felt manageable, professional, and genuinely cared for. The technician resolved the AC issue, and without me even asking, they also completed a multi-point vehicle inspection. This helped me understand what minor items may need attention in the near future, so I can plan ahead and take care of my vehicle properly. Honestly, I would have already been extremely happy with just that level of service. But to my surprise, when my appointment was finished, they had kindly vacuumed and washed my vehicle. I had planned to go to the car wash afterward, so this saved me both time and money before heading home. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly made my day. Gabe and the technicians were definitely the angels of the day for me. Finding reliable, trustworthy, kind, respectful people who keep their word and follow through can be challenging anywhere, and especially on Maui when it comes to vehicle repairs. It is rare to feel this cared for during a vehicle repair, and Acura Maui earned my trust through their actions. I will absolutely be returning and hope to have a long-lasting professional relationship with Acura Maui. My husband and I are also planning to replace our second vehicle before the end of the year, and knowing Acura Maui has dependable people who can help with future service needs gives us real peace of mind. I highly recommend Acura Maui, Gabe, and the technicians. Mahalo for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.
