Acura of Maui and specifically Joe Mendoza at Acura of Maui helped save me from what was a nightmare situation. My Mother lived on Maui and she passed away, and I live in California. While handling her affairs on Maui, I learned that she had lost the title and registration to her 2014 Toyota Tacoma. So that meant that I could not sell it while I was there because I had to hurry home for work. That left me in a horrible position regarding the truck. Then in steps Joe and Acura of Maui. They immediately took the reins and handled everything including dealing with the DMV regarding the title and registration. All I had to do was send a death certificate and sign and return the paperwork they sent to me. Then the sent me a check for more than I thought I was going to be able to get! They truly saved the day for meI cannot thank Joe and Acura of Maui enough! Thanks guys!
